City Hall/Water Department
Phones will be answered by city staff and water service-related issues will be addressed.
Payments for water bills, taxes, etc. can be mailed, placed in the drop box at City Hall, made by calling (877)-575-7233 Extension 100 or made online at abbevillega.governmentwindow.com. Forms for new water service can be found at the front entrance of City Hall or online www.abbevillega.org. Completed forms can be faxed to (229)-467-3205 or emailed to ahall@abbevillega.org.
Suspension of Municipal Court
The City’s Municipal Court scheduled for April 16, 2020 has been postponed to May 21, 2020. Notice of the postponement will be mailed to those scheduled to appear.
Police Department
The City of Abbeville Police Department will have officers on duty 24/7 and the office will remain open at this time. When possible please make payments for fines by calling (888)-735-9540. Fines can also be paid online at abbevillega.governmentwindow.com. Please contact the Abbeville Police Department at 229-467-3200 for further assistance.
